On June 10, a new variation of the OnePlus TV U series will be released. OnePlus has been giving hints about what to anticipate from the smart TV in the lead up to its introduction. These suggestions are, of course, restricted in scope, but new leaks around the OnePlus TV U1S disclose some key details about what to expect on launch day.
According to recent leaks, the OnePlus TV U1S will most likely come in three different sizes: 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch.
Abhishek Yadav, a tipster, has made the predictions. He claims that the top of the three models will have four speakers, while the other two would have a two-speaker system.
All three OnePlus TV U1S models are expected to have Ultra-HD (4K) resolution and support for HDR10+ content. They'll come pre-installed with Google Assistant, Alexa, Chromecast (built-in), Multicast, and OnePlay 2.0 with Live Channel, and will run on Android TV 10 out of the box.
The smart TVs will also include a 30W Dolby Audio system, according to the leak. Three HDMI connections, two USB ports, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC are all rumoured to be included. They will have 2GB of RAM and 16GB of operating system storage.
According to a previous report from MySmartPrice, OnePlus' TVs will have DLED (direct LED) panels with a 60Hz refresh rate and 300nits of brightness. As of this now, none of this has been confirmed by the company.
The OnePlus TV U1S will have hands-free voice control, wireless audio compatibility, and connectivity with the OnePlus Watch, all in a sleek and quality design, according to OnePlus' surprise reveals so far.
In the following days, OnePlus plans to unveil more details about the smart TV. Though it is unlikely that it will provide or confirm any of the smart TV characteristics that have already been speculated.
On June 10, OnePlus TV U1S will be released alongside the highly anticipated OnePlus Nord CE 5G. Following the sale, both products will be available for pre-order exclusively for Red Cable Club members.
